How long have you worked in performance marketing and what type of clients have you worked on? I’ve worked in performance marketing for 14 years, beginning at iProspect where I started my career as a hybrid SEO/Paid Search employee. Over the course of the years, I’ve worked on tons of different clients in many verticals like retail, travel, B2B, pharma, CPG, publishing, and more.

What do you like most about working at Catalyst? The strong, supportive community!

What has been your greatest achievement or success in performance marketing? One of my greatest achievements took place this year with the publishing client I work on. We’ve consistently delivered exceptional results across paid search, which has inspired and motivated the brand to partner with us on expanding into new channels including social, affiliates, DOOH, app campaigns, and more.

In your opinion, what is the most important performance marketing trend or change for 2022? Cross-platform integration and tracking is becoming more important than ever. It used to be just desktop/mobile, but now it extends to app integration, social media integration, DOOH, YouTube, etc. The customer journey is becoming more nuanced and detailed than ever before, and it’s critical for agencies and brands to understand that.

If you had to give one recommendation to an advertiser who wants to use performance marketing to achieve business results, what would it be? Don’t be afraid to test – sometimes counterintuitive messaging/tactics work the best!

Share a fun fact about yourself  I’ve been in more planes that have taken off than have landed (I’ve done a lot of skydiving 😊).
